Well done out fantastic cross country runners.
18 student took part in the Roto Kahatu Cross Country race on a beautiful clear afternoon with views of the mountains! The challenging 1km course had two tough climbs and soft slow conditions underfoot. Our runners had to complete three laps of this course and, they did exceptionally well. Angus and Esther both finished in the top ten for their respective races and qualified to join the Canterbury development squad and take part in the interprovincial competition in Nelson in September.
Congratulations everyone for your great effort, determination and sportsmanship.

Thank you so much to the supportive parents that helped with transport and supporting out students at this event.
